- Be 60 years old or older
- Have an underlying health condition that puts you at risk for further medical complications.
- Have limited resources such as limited family support or no reliable transportation.
- Not receiving services from other government-subsidized meal programs, including home delivered meals.

Any driver license, instructional permit, state ID, or commercial driver license expiring March 23, 2020, through May 15, 2020, will be considered valid in the state of Hawaii for an additional 90 days after expiration.
The federal government has extended the REAL ID enforcement deadline by one year to October 1, 2021.
The City and County of Honolulu Driver Licensing Centers will be open for in-person transactions by appointment-only, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. For inquiries, call (808) 768-9100.
