Outreach & Education

The Legal Aid Society of Hawai`i staff are available to do outreach presentations about Legal Aid’s services and/or specific legal issues throughout the year.

Legal Aid’s community outreach and education efforts include:

  • Information booths at senior, career, and other community fairs.

  • Presentations to community groups and/or schools on Legal Aid’s services and projects.

  • Brown bag lunches and presentations on specific legal issues.

  • In-depth trainings on legal topics (i.e. Eviction, Public Benefits, etc.)

  • Newspaper, radio, and television interviews on current events.
